个人概况

本科毕业于第三军医大学,第二军医大学获得博士学位,东方学者特聘教授,国家重点研发计划首席科学家。率先采用小分子化学重编程技术将人肝细胞转化为肝前体细胞,突破了肝细胞体外培养和扩增难题,首次实现肝细胞体外扩增后移植治疗终末期肝病,建立并验证了新型生物人工肝系统,为终末期肝病治疗提供了全新的思路和手段。主持十三五国家重点研发计划课题、国家863计划专题课题、国家自然科学基金项目和上海市课题多项。以第二完成人获得国家自然科学二等奖和上海市医学科技奖一等奖,第三完成人获得了上海市自然科学一等奖和上海市科技进步二等奖。以通讯编辑或第一编辑在JEM,Cell Research,Nature Communications,Hepatology和Journal of Hepatology等杂志发表论文22篇,总影响因子206分,被引用超过1200次。入选上海市青年科技启明星,上海市曙光学者,上海市浦江人才,上海市东方学者,上海优秀学科带头人和上海市优秀学术带头人等人才计划。先后获日本明治乳业生命科学奖,复旦大学谈家桢生命科学奖,上海市第十一届“银蛇奖”提名奖,上海市“十大杰出青年”提名奖,第七届吴孟超医学青年基金奖。
